Balaswamy Akala : is the founding Chairman of M/s Total CBM Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 45 years of experience with the Indian Coal Sector. During his tenure as the chief of CMPDIL, Ranchi, he was instrumental in the development of data sheets for CBM blocks in India and brought out concept paper for CMM in India.

Dr. M. P. Narayanan : is the director in the company and was the former Chairman of Coal India Ltd. He has more than 50 years of rich and varied experience in coal industry. His ability for bringing and implementing new concepts in the Coal/CBM sector has brought a name to himself.

Pratap S Nagar : is the Director in the company, coordinating logistics, marketing and collaboration with other agencies for efficient and effective execution of decided activities. He is a graduate in Geography with experience in business and marketing functions for more than 7 years.

D. K. Choudhury : is the Chief Coordinator of the Base Lab operations in the Company, including the Adsorption Isotherm study units that the company has set up at Kolkata. He has more than 43 years of rich experience in coal sector. His experience in jobs related to coal characteristics would be an asset to the company in fulfilling objective related to the base lab activities.

B. D. Sharma : is the Chief of CBM Desorption Study Project who has more than 45 years of experience in coal industry in a cross section of areas related to geology, survey, rescue equipment, safety etc.

Shantanu Kumar Pati : is the Senior Coal/CBM Geologist in the company and has a Post Graduate degree in Geology. He is well versed with coal / CBM geology of Indian coalfields. After having worked as field geologist for more than 3 years, he is presently working in the East/West Sohagpur CBM blocks and engaged in CBM desorption studies for the Reliance Project.

Saumitra Das : is the CBM Analyst, who is a graduate Mining Engineering (2005) from the Bengal Engineering & Science University, Shibpur, West Bengal. He has more than two years of working experience on works related to coal sorption and diffusion properties of coalbed methane. |

K. Sridhar Rao Achari : is the geologist in the company and holds Post-Graduate degree in Geology. He has one-year experience in CBM desorption studies.
